New skate park for Daventry

PLANNING permission has been granted for a replacement skate park for the town centre.

At a meeting of Daventry District Council’s planning committee held last night (Wednesday), the new skate park for the New Street Recreation Ground was approved.

Councillors hailed the proposal as a fantastic asset for the town.
