Celebrating joy of Christmas

DAVENTRY Choral Society will be spreading some festive cheer when it performs a concert in the town ready for Christmas.

The society, which was formed in 1990, will be staging their latest concert entitled Come and Celebrate the Joy of Christmas Through Music.

It comes to the Holy Cross Church in Daventry on Saturday, December 8 from 7.30pm

The concert will include carols, old favourites and new alongside a selection of other festive music ready to spread the Christmas spirit. The society The show will be conducted by Nicholas Scott-Burt and the society, which recently toured the picturesque city of Bruges, will be joined by members of Daventry Brass.
