THERE will be films for all the family at the town's next cinema night.
Films being shown at the Saxon Suite at Daventry Leisure Centre on Saturday, May 23, will be Bolt at 12.30pm, Inkheart at 4.30pm and Frost/Nixon at 7.30pm.
The event follows the success of the first cinema night held on Saturday last week, which was attended by 334 people.
Martin Walters, contract manager for the leisure centre, said: “We were really pleased with how it all went. There were a number of people who turned up for it and a lot were grateful that there is a cinema in Daventry. We want this to keep going but we will need more people to come along and support the cinema nights for it to carry on.”
Doors will open half an hour before each film and tickets, costing £1 per film, can be booked by calling 01327 871144. Cinema nights will also be held on Saturday, June 6, and 20.
